Dr Afroz Kahkashan, was a dedicated Medical Oncologist (DrNB) at the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad, since 2022. Her expertise lies in managing diverse malignancies through chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy, and metronomic chemotherapy. She actively collaborates with the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, participating in both allogeneic and autologous transplants, offering advanced solutions for complex cases.
She is equally committed to palliative care, ensuring dignity and comfort for patients in advanced stages, while efficiently managing oncological emergencies. Recognizing the importance of holistic care, she also provide genetic and family counseling, guiding patients and their loved ones with clarity and compassion.
Beyond clinical practice, she conducts cancer awareness and screening programs, promoting early detection and prevention to reduce the burden of disease.
